职位职能:供应链经理职位描述:工作内容：Demand Forecast 30%- Monthly demand forecast update (Primary purchase)- Forecast variance report, explanation on big variance.- Rollout/initial forecast.- Dig-in analyze on POS, new forecast method development.Supply Chain management 30%- Monthly purchase plan- Weekly shipping plan- Varies Reports: inventory, WIP, flow- Trouble shooting, expediting- EOL controlAnalytical Communication 25%- Gather information from sales team to support the forecast.- Share important action plans with sales team, so no one got surprised.- Make sales team and operation team feel comfortable with your plan.Projects and tools 15%- Constant improvement on BPtool, China Business System.- Train other planners. KPI includes:Fill rate, Turn over, EOL, Sales Team and Operation Team Evaluat 任职资格：1) Bachelor Degree or above.2) Major in statistics, supply chain or computer science is preferred.3) Over 5 years experience on business planning. Knowledge on demand planning is a must. 4) Experience in US Top-Retailers, or a supplier to US Top-Retailers is a plus.5) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills6) Excellent analytical skills.7) Solid knowledge on MRP.8) Excellent skill on Excel. Skill on Access and VBA is a plus.9) Good command of English.10) Proactive, able to work under pressure and deal with tough situation.
