应用技术工程师职位职能:其他职位描述:Job Description:– According to TS16949 procedure to organize project management ？ Offer technical suggestion or consultation to customer ？ Define requirements profile with customer ？ Set final and periodic targets for the project team acc. to development specifications ？ Make project planning and follow up – Supply customer or internal sales team with technical explanation, training or solution – Extend own knowledge base to develop new arguments for the product, application and solutions, to develop new products for new applications – Use testing technology and internal analysis technology to optimize product’s application by customer, and offer input to R&D department – Cultivate capability to develop not only filter element but also filter system (element + housing) designedly – Standardize product argumentation and do documentation – Handle customer claim technically – Define testing plan or testing requirements with customer’s technical department or end user – Competition follow-up and analysis ？ Collect and analyze competitor’s technical data ？ Verify their technical statement by specified test method ？ Write analysis report and documentation – Organize or attend project meeting, coordinate and push project forward to meet schedule – Maintain SAP system: to create BOM, item and routing etc – Strengthen technical communication with parent companies and sister companies – Abide by law and Freudenberg’s regulations for labor safety and environment protectionQualifications:– Self motivated, eager to learning new knowledge, able to work independent and enjoy team work and collaboration – Language and communication: good at English or German, excellent in Chinese, able to communicate with colleagues and customers effectively – Quality System knowledge: preferred to have QS9000/VDA6.1/TS16949 experience – Technical background：colleague degree above, good and profound technical background; major in mechanical, textile, material or automobile is preferred – Work experience: Fresh graduate or one year above*请提供中英文简历
