1. 管理6-8人团队 2. 与设计师一起合作开发产品 3. 款式挑选,成本控制,买货数量,零售价格确认 4. 按时评估供应商和买手的绩效表现 5. 跟进订单并且开发产品 6. 跟进产品到店日期,控制质量,监督合同的执行 7. 品牌商品的规划,销售分析,以及货品的整合,调拨 8. 根据货品销售走势及库存情况提出追单建议 任职要求: 1. 丰富的产品和价格谈判相关知识和经验 2. 有为国内时尚品牌或国内零售行业工作的相关经验 3. 有1-2年团队领导经验 4. 良好的沟通能力,包括良好的与供应商沟通和与团队成员沟通的能力 5. 较好的时尚感觉 6. 较强的工作责任和团队合作精神 7. 较好的领导技巧 Responsibilities: 1. Team Management. 2. Work with Designer on sample developments 3. select the styles .control the cost. buying the quantity. Check the price. 4. Evaluate supplier and buyer's performance timely. 5. Follow up orders and develop samples. 6. Follow up product arriving date and do the quality control, supervise the implementation of contract. 7. Production plan. Sales analysis. Production adjustment 8. According to the sales and stocks adjust the orders. Requirements: 1. Strong products knowledge and price negotiation knowledge. 2. Has working experience in domestic textiles or fashion brand or domestic retail business. 3. 1-2 years on team leader position 4. Good communicating skills, capable of negotiating with suppliers and team members 5. Strong fashion mind 6. High responsibility ,and team working inspirit 7. Strong leadership skill
