岗位要求：

1. Coordinate with various resources to implement the plating process improvement project. 充分利用各种资源改进电镀各项生产工艺； 2. Define and implement preventative and validation measures for product and process quality. 制定并推行电镀各工序的改进措施； 3. Responsible for process procedures & documentation to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability. 负责制定电镀工艺流程及相应文档工作，保障电镀产品的稳定性； 4. Conduct plating operation auditing to ensure SOP/WI implementation. 督导电镀实际操作，实现 SOP/WI的推行； 5. Trouble-shooting of chemical or plating process related quality issues. 解决产品中关于化工或电镀工序的质量问题； 6. Participate in the design phase to help prevent known problems in new products 参与新产品的研发，协助发现并预防新产品出现已知的各种质量问题； 7. Perform value engineering/analysis to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing cost, identify and materialize cost saving projects. 运用工程经济学相关知识提高产品质量并减少制造成本，提出相应成本节约方案； 8. Conduct process optimization studies to determine and / or improve process capabilities. 优化产线提高制程能力； 9. Coordinate with safety team to ensure the chemical waste is complied with related government and cooperate regulations. 与安全部门沟通协作按照国家法律法规解决化工污染问题； 10. Train technician and operators to improve their operations/knowledge competence. 对操作人员进行培训提高其操作能力。 Qualification Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering or related. 本科以上学历，化工或相关专业； 2. Minimum 5 years experience in electroplating of metal parts, with at least 1 year focusing on trivalent chromium plating. 最少5年金属零部件电镀工作经验，至少1年三价铬电镀经验； 3. Good knowledge on electric chemistry and process engineering. 有较好的电镀化学知识，在电镀工艺制程方面有良好的经验； 4. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving, familiar with experimental design, SPC & FEMA. 有较强的分析解决问题的能力，熟悉各种实验设计、SPC & FEMA； 5. Good communication and project management skill, able to work effectively on cross function multi-tasks. 有较强的沟通和项目管理经验，能够挑战各种跨部门工作； 6. Hard working, good initiative and able to work independently under pressure. 稳重踏实，有较强的主动性，能够在压力下独立完成工作； 7. Knowledge of Microsoft office applications and able to interpret AutoCAD engineering drawing. 能够熟练运用办公软件，对CAD图纸有较好的分析能力； 8. Knowledge of waste water treatment is preferred. 有废水处理相关经验的优先； 9. Able to communicate in English, both written & spoken. 有较好的英文读写能力。
