Over 8 year’s HR experience in wholly foreign invested factory 2.良好的电脑操作技巧 Good PC knowledge 3.良好的英文听说写能力 Good English listening, speaking and writing 4.较强的领导力和管理能力 Strong leadership and coaching skills 5.出色的沟通 Excellent communication skills 6.较强的分析能力 Analytical skills 7.富有成本控制意识 Cost awareness and effectiveness 8.出色的组织能力 Excellent organizational skills 工作职责/Main JD: 1.协助中国区人力资源经理建立完善公司的薪酬福利体系和附加福利以确保公司薪酬福利体系在市场上具有竞争力 Assist HR manager to improve HR system and ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures 2.协助中国区人力资源经理设计和完善薪酬福利制度 Check monthly payroll, ensure the accuracy of personnel cost report 3.制定公司年度薪酬福利预算并及时更新, 确保在控制之下 Monitor all employees in and out procedure and work out the Exit Questionnaire analysis report 4.指导薪资福利专员,核查月度工资,福利,个税计算,确保及时,100%准确率及绝对的保密性。监督所有员工的入职离职手续的办理,并提供相应的离职问卷报告。 Lead HR Specialist to manage all employees’ labor contracts and maintain all employees files. Ensure that all employee data are complete, current and accurate 5.指导人事专员管理好员工合同,建立和维护所有员工档案,确保员工个人信息完整准确,并及时更新个人信息 Draft monthly, quarterly, yearly and other manpower report 6.提供月度,季度和年度的各种人力资源相关信息报告 Works closely with all departments’ managers to understand their manpower needs and support them well 7.了解各部们经理的用人需求,同时配合他们的工作。 Conduct the yearly employee satisfaction survey and make relative improvement according the survey result 8.进行年度员工满意度调查,并根据调查结果进行相关改进。 Handle performance management through advising management and employees in routine, non-complex corrective action, including final warning and termination situations 9.协助发展公司绩效评估体系。 Actively involved in individual development planning and company training plan 10.结合公司的发展目标,负责制定及执行个人发展计划 Other job assigned by manager
