Work closely with recruitment service venders: network, newspaper, labor agency etc; 通过网络,报纸,人才市场等渠道进行招聘。 4. Maintain the recruitment advertisement system. Ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency 维护招聘广告系统,使招聘渠道的作用发挥到最大。 5. Arrange all process of interview, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices; 进行面试安排,陪同部门经理面试。 6. Updated Recruiting report. 更新招聘报告。 7. Take part in other recruiting projects. 招聘的其他相关工作。岗位要求:1.College degree or above, major in HRM or Business Administration 大学专科及以上学历人力资源或经济管理类专业。 2.At least 2 years experience at HR recruiting position, has overall HR experience is preferred; 至少两年以上人事招聘方面工作经验,有人力资源全面经验者优先。 3.Good at both oral and written English 良好的中英文表达、书写能力。 4.Good at office software 熟悉办公自动化软件。 5.Good organization and learning development ability. 良好的组织能力及学习发展能力。 2. Honesty, faithful, with high team-work spirit and can work under pressure. 诚实、正直,能在压力下完成工作。 3. Good communication, coordination, presentation skills and etc. 良好的沟通、协调和演讲技能。
