Job Description: HR Plan and legal compliance -Help to carry out HR plans in line with strategic business development of the company -Maintain good relations with local labor bureaus and government agencies -Ensure compliance with government regulation Recruitment -Help to define, implement and control recruitment and induction procedures -Develop multiple recruitment channels -Ensure qualified and sufficient human resources to fulfill company’s competencies needs Compensation -Help to develop, analyze, define, monitor a reasonable and competitive compensation & welfare system or C&B policy, in order to ensure equity and competitiveness Social relations and internal communication -Open constructive and two-way internal communication channels -Maintain open information channels -Help to develop a healthy company culture Training and development -Plan and execute training and development for personnel career development needs -Facilitate people review Performance Management -Facilitate a staff performance management system; ensure clear objectives, fair performance evaluation, reasonable development plan and mobility Position Requirement: Education: -Bachelor degree in HR management Job Related Experience: -At least 6 years HR work experience in Engineering & project company including environmental, mechanical or architectural. And have at least 2 years’ experience of a HR manager, experience in working with union; Specific Knowledge and Certificate/License: -Qualification certificate of HR management is a plus Business: -Familiar with Labor law and regulations -Strong facilitation and coordination skills -High ability to cope with stress -Understanding of overall business operations of the company -Have experiences of HR support in start-up period of a project will be a plus -Good command of both spoken and written English, familiar with Office software
